Organisational Culture

Training session for ILM level 5 Coaching & Mentoring course

A small project, where we designed and delivered a short session on organisational culture to work as part of an ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring training session, run by The Coaching Bug

The session explored the nature of culture, what we mean by it, how we observe it and then had a practical session on mapping the culture within our organisatoins using the Culture Map developed by David Gray et al. (Thanks to our friends at The Satori Lab who originally put us onto it!)

We then looked at culture, behaviour and influence within organisations and how coaching and mentoring fits in with all that, giving the participants the prompts to start thinking about that in the context of their own organisations.
